Our company, that started the actual production within the body of ÖZDİL ENERJİ TAAHHÜT TİCARET ve SANAYİ A.Ş. that has provided service as a contractor company in energy sector since 1976, in July’ 1999 and took place as ÖZÇEGAL İnşaat İş Makineleri Çelik Konstrüksiyon Galvaniz Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. amongst the respected companies of the energy sector, 
Our Factory
has been providing service in manufacture of all kinds of steel constructions, notably bolted and galvanized lighting poles and highway barriers for both public institutions and constructor companies by its 49,000 m² total area (12,000 m² covered), 8 engineers, 20 technicians, and 170 workers. 
Our company has been manufacturing steel constructions by 5 CNC production lines of angle & sheet cutting, punching and marking; polygonal poles by 14 meter 1 CNC production line of plasma sheet cutting; and highway barriers by 80 metric tons / day capacity 1 CNC production line of highway barrier roll forming; and, has been operating at 30,000 metric tons / year capacity.      
Our products have been galvanized by hot dip galvanization method in compliance with ASTM and TSE standards. 2 galvanization lines; one having 7.56 m x 1.16 m x 1.75 m and the other 9.50 m x 1.16 m x 1.75 m zinc tanks, have been operated at 40,000 metric tons / year capacity at our factory. By providing equal temperature distribution in the zinc tanks, galvanizing has been carried out by electric heating process so as to obtain quality and homogeneous galvanization. As it is seen; our machinery, staff & equipment, experienced personnel, and financial status are at a capacity to meet your all scale commitments.
